From the field
Our groundnuts come from Saurashtra and Kutch in Gujarat, the heart of India's groundnut country. We press native-variety nuts once, at low temperature, and bottle the oil after it has settled naturally.
The result is a golden oil with the warm, nutty aroma that Gujarati kitchens are built on, for tadkas, theplas, farsan and everyday frying.
