Unlike traditional wooden Kolhus or modern refined oil methods, we use specially engineered Single-Pressed Cold Pressed Machines that operate at the lowest possible temperatures. This slow and gentle extraction helps retain all the natural nutrients, antioxidants, aroma, and taste—without compromising the oil’s integrity.

Once extracted, we let the oil rest for 2–5 days to allow natural sedimentation. This step ensures clarity without the need for artificial filtration or refining. No heat. No rush. Just time-honored patience.

After sedimentation, the oil is sieve-filtered—a simple, non-invasive step to remove any large particles. We skip chemical treatments and refining processes entirely. What you get is oil in its most raw, unfiltered, and nourishing form.

Every batch undergoes strict 16-parameter FSSAI-certified testing to meet food-grade safety and quality standards. From fatty acid profiles to moisture levels, we check it all—so you don’t have to second-guess.
